 Psychotherapy based Mindfulness

The psychotherapeutic approach, based on mindfulness and body-mind-spirit work, sees the person as a connected entity that operates and experiences life in a complete and inclusive way. Every event, experience, our act is experienced and burned in our consciousness, our thoughts and our body.

To enable personal development and growth, one must see the whole and allow work from connecting the parts. Only from such a connection can a mental-emotional fit be reached.

The work with patients in the clinic is based on techniques of Hakomi , focusing , physical observation and breathing work, through shared observation and learning.

Hakomi

Hakomi is an observant therapeutic method that combines Western psychological approaches with Buddhist and Daoist principles.

The way of treatment is based on connection and guidance through mindfulness, as a gateway to connection with thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, impulses, assumptions and limiting patterns.

The method was developed by psychotherapist Dr. Ron Kurtz in the 1970s in the United States.

Focusing

Focusing is a unique technique for paying close attention to physical-emotional feelings, as a way of learning and personal growth.

It is a way based on the natural organic ability of the human system to be in development and healing processes.

The technique was developed by psychologist Dr. Eugene Jandlin in the 1970s and is applied all over the world.
